Well, still trying to figure out what's going on with the fevers and pain. (He hasn't had fevers for awhile, and pain isn't as severe). Brent's blood tests were not good this week. Changed one of the IV antibiotics today from Levoquin to Avelox, scheduled for a special kind of MRI next Thursday to see if the CT scans are missing something, and just for the heck of it, they are letting Brent eat again. :) So, no answers, but NPO drives him nuts so being able to eat something really helps.

The purpose of starting this blog was to have an easy way for friends and relatives to keep up-to-date with Brent's condition. The last time he had surgery I spent so much time e-mailing and texting and calling everyone that I couldn't keep it all straight.
