Brent is doing remarkably well. We were able to get away for a few days last week and we headed up to Dennis and Jan's cabin up above Zion's, near Kolob Reservoir. It was a great getaway. We fished, relaxed, fished some more, relaxed some more, watched hummingbirds and squirrels fight over the feeders, went to Zions and hiked, and generally just had a good time. I will brag and say that I, yes, the Momma, caught the most fish AND the biggest fish. :) My daddy taught me well.

Brent is still on a daily regimen of IV antibiotics. This will continue until at least August 15th. That will be 3 months from surgery. Then the Dr. will determine what action to take with the leak that was detected at our last appointment. We are hoping and praying that it is nothing serious, and has resolved itself.

Brent is back to work and being busy.
