So, today Brent is receiving another 2 units of packed red blood cells. But that's not all . . . he is also receiving IV iron, IV steroids, and he is also now on IV Cipro (antibiotic) twice a day. I believe that by the end of the day he will not have anything original left is n his veins. Yikes. We can only hope that something kicks in and works. Please pray for improvement. Pray that he can regain some strength. Pray that he can start producing red blood cells, and that the Crohn's will quiet down. Pray that he can find some peace and rest. It is a crazy life that we lead.

If you are a blood donor, please consider donating. This is the 7th and 8th units that he is receiving, and we would like to replenish the blood bank for others who desperately need it. We are so thankful for modern medicine, and for those who make it possible for Brent to get the blood he needs. Thank you.

Hopefully he can have a quiet weekend. The blood will at least give him a little bit of energy for a few days. :)   As always, we thank you for your continued prayers and support.

Lisa
