Brent is loving his new pain pump. He freely admits that it makes him a bit loopy. :) (we'll see if he has a rebuttal.)
On a different note . . . he DID get up and take a short walk tonight! Yay Brent! It's hard with everything that he is attached to, but he did it. We love all the little milestones towards recovery.

The purpose of starting this blog was to have an easy way for friends and relatives to keep up-to-date with Brent's condition. The last time he had surgery I spent so much time e-mailing and texting and calling everyone that I couldn't keep it all straight.
